  1. The debate on NRO is absurd and absolutely one sided. Didn’t Nawaz Sharif actually signed out a document to leave for Saudia Arabia – the documents actually pardons all the wrong doing by him and his family? Was that not a mini-nro? It certainly was one …

and thats where we have gone wrong!

As for the lad who died – I met him once when I launched the National Bloggers Conference by IT Ministry and he was an inspiration and allow me to confess my guilt of not helping him out and his cause…

Saw your show today, unfortunately “News One” isn’t one of the channel our cable operator provides. Anyways, your show has it’s own place, however, the discussion in today’s show was very discouraging or it’s just that I don’t agree with certain arguments.
    1. You said educated people should blog and raise their voice, you could have helped some by giving a direction.
    2. Your discussion on the NRO and the govt’s stability. Mr. Kapadia and Qureshi your views are very discouraging, to put it politely, I was actually trying to make out whether or you were being sarcastic? Mr. Alvi’s point is important to understand, the judiciary has given the parliament its due right which was not given previously, once the judges are appointed justice will be quick too, for the 1st time in over 60 yrs the judiciary is independent. The govt’s accepting bills such as the KL bill, unfortunately, Mr. Kapadia has not read the bill, evident, from his argument. It feels as if you (Mr. Qureshi & Kapadia) are OK with the Govt. making Pakistan a client state, which is also killing its own people, but we should let them work for their 5yrs. And if Mr. Alvi made an argument you countered with a discouraging thought “tau kaun karey ga?”
    *no offence meant to anyone*

  5. I just saw your show on-line. I’ve never seen a full talk show before, always thought that its useless…. “koi faida nahi hai is behas ka”… but this time I made an effort to watch the whole episode b/c I wanted to see how 3 educated, young, non-political people think… Overall it was a good show (tareef karna bhi to zarrori hai na..) but, I was kind of disappointed when the guests and some of the callers couldn’t see the difference b/w having educated and non-educated politicians…. !!!!
I always thought an educated person knows the value of education more than a non-educated one…. if a leader is not educated himself/herself how could he/she value education….or work for it…????
Education do build one’s personality… and broaden’s thought process….etc etc… you know it…. Keep up with your effort…. good job Faisal !!!
