Ankahi was a TV show aimed to trigger introspection in the people of Pakistan.  It talked about common issues, problems, and faults, in common people.  Ankahi aimed to make a difference; to talk about things that actually matter, or things that could actually be done.  It emphasized on the circle of influence instead of the ever-growing circle of concern.  Ankahi was not about your typical non-sensical rhetoric coming from people in position; it was about looking at the human side of people, both common and elite.

Ankahi aired from 01-April-2008 to 05-June-2009. Ankahi’s spirit lives on with two new shows, Bang-e-Dara and Karvan.
